If you are thinking of listing your home, one of the most important things you need to consider when hiring a Realtor is the quality of their photos. According to a study from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), “In 2016, 44% of buyers looked for properties online first”. With the growing popularity of Zillow, Trulia and other national real estate websites, this number has likely grown since then. Not to mention that according to NAR, 90% of Real Estate Firms have their own website. Most website’s, including the nationally syndicated sites, are picking up the photos of your home directly from the MLS. This means buyers are seeing the photos your Realtor adds to the MLS on thousands of websites. If your photos are sub-par, buyers are likely to disqualify your home before ever stepping foot in the door.
We pride ourselves on the quality of photos we use for our listings. Take a look at some of our listing photos below or contact us for more photo examples.
